Christmas Mass Times
As you are probably aware - Christmas falls on a Monday this year.  I’ve been asked whether attending the Vigil or Mass during the Night on Christmas Eve also fulfils the Sunday obligation.  The simple answer is no  [there is a complicated answer…]
We should attend Mass for the Fourth Sunday of Advent [Vigil or Sunday Morning] and Mass for Christmas [Vigil, Mass during the Night, Masses on Christmas Morning].
There’s no ‘two for one’ I’m afraid!
For the Weekend of 23rd/24th December Masses will be as normal [6, 9 and 11]
Masses for Christmas will be:

6.30 pm [Vigil] St. Margaret Mary
10.00 pm [‘during the Night’] Christ the King
8.00 am [‘at Dawn’] St. Margaret Mary
10.00 am [‘during the Day’] Christ the King

First Holy Communion 2018
First Holy Communion will be celebrated in the parish on Sunday 10th June 2018.  Parents who wish their children to receive our Lord in the Eucharist for the first time should inform Fr Michael via email or in person before Christmas. Families should attend Mass in the parish every weekend. Catechesis [usually held on a Thursday evening] will begin in February.
